Once your order is received, we email you an intake form where you share your wedding details. Complete this form to begin the personalization process.

You Approve

We personalize your order within two (2) business days and send you a digital proof for review and approval. Three (3) rounds of proofs are included.

WE PRINT & ASSEMBLE

Once your proof is approved, the production and assembly processes begin. Production and assembly takes up to four (4) weeks.
