Terms of Service

I. Cost, Fees and Payment
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
For projects valued over $500, a non-refundable, 50% deposit of the Total Cost is due at the start of your contract. The design and production process for your project will not begin until the deposit is paid. The final payment must be made before your project begins the printing process or before final digital files are provided.

RUSH ORDERS
There is fee of at minimum 25% of the total cost for rush orders.

Wedding Stationery Orders may be considered "rush" if they are needed within a 5-week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. 

Corporate Design Projects may be considered “rush” if a project is required to be completed in five (5) business days or fewer and/or if a first design draft is required within two (2) business days.

STATIONERY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FEES
At Tuesday Grace Designs, we offer you the option of having us mail your invitations for you.

All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client (that’s you). Invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape of the finished piece. Any shipping charges will be added to the Total Cost of your project. If you’re local, you may also pick-up your order to avoid shipping fees. Tuesday Grace Designs is not responsible for any products that are lost in the mail or damaged during the shipping and/or mailing process.   

LATE FEES
If Tuesday Grace Designs does not receive payment from you within fifteen (15) calendar days of any payment due date, then you will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount per each day payment is not received.

For example, the Client owes the Designer $1000 due on April 1st and fails to pay by April 15th. On April 16th, Client owes Contractor $1015. On April 17th, Client owes Contractor $1030.23. On April 18th, Client owes Contractor $1045.68, and so on.


II. Timeline
Tuesday Grace Designs will provide you with a hyperlink to access your digital client portal. Included in this portal is a design timeline for your project. We strive to work within that timeline, but it is important for you to also cooperate in a timely manner.

CLIENT DELAYS
Tuesday Grace Designs will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed client action or response. We may extend or modify any delivery schedule or estimated completion date as required by such delays caused by the client. If rush fees are required to meet the estimated completion date, due to delayed client action or response, this cost will be added to the total cost.

ORDER CHANGES FOR WEDDING STATIONERY
All changes and additions to the type or number of items requested in your wedding suite must be made at least two (2) months prior to your estimated completion date unless otherwise agreed upon.


III. Review Process
DIGITAL PROOFS
Tuesday Grace Designs will provide you with three (3) free digital proofs for your project. You must review the Proofs and provide digital feedback or sign-off via our Proof Approval Form. Any additional proofs will be supplied, upon request for an additional fee.

HARDCOPY PROOFS
Hardcopy proofs must be requested prior to the start of your contract. If hardcopy proofs are requested, additional fees may apply. 

PROOF APPROVAL
It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any errors including, but not limited to: spelling, layout, website URLS, phone numbers, directions, etc. Once you provide final approval to your 3rd proof, any errors are corrected at your expense.


IV. Returns & Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation is required, please contact Tuesday Grace Designs immediately. As long as you have not provided final approval of your proofs and, if necessary, your project has not gone into production, your are only responsible for paying the deposit and any materials that have been purchased. If your project require print production and it has already gone into the production process, you are responsible for the total cost of your project.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Tuesday Grace Designs does not provide refunds on services rendered in full, and our payment structure is set up to ensure client satisfaction at every step. If there is an error on the part of Tuesday Grace Designs, the problem will be corrected to the best of our ability. If an accidental payment is made, please notify chelsea@tuesdaygracedesigns.com. Depending on status of project, a refund may be available.


V. Pricing
Tuesday Grace Designs reserves the right to change prices without notice. Pricing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier, service and/or production costs. Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days.


VI. Quantities
WEDDING INVITATIONS
For all custom and semi-custom wedding invitations, there is a minimum order quantity of 50. It is recommended that you order at least 10 extra for keepsakes and any last-minute guests.

OTHER CUSTOM STATIONERY/INVITATIONS
For all other custom and semi-custom stationery, there is a minimum order quantity of 10, unless specialty (non-digital) printing is requested, in which case, the minimum order quantity is 50. 


VII. Intellectual Property Rights
COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
In the event that any copyrighted work(s) are created as a result of the design services provided, Tuesday Grace Designs LLC owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Tuesday Grace Designs LLC and may be used in the reasonable course of its business.

PERMITTED USE OF PRODUCT(S)
Tuesday Grace Designs LLC grants each client a non-exclusive license of design product(s) produced with and for you for personal or corporate use. You may not crop, distort, manipulate, reconfigure, mimic, animate, create derivative works or extract portions or in any other manner, alter the final design. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain vested in Tuesday Grace Designs LLC. The Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for the personal or corporate use. 


VIII. Limit of Liability
The maximum amount of damages you are entitled to in any claim relating to products or services provided by Tuesday Grace Designs are not to exceed the total cost of the products or services provided.

LOSS OF PRODUCT
Tuesday Grace Designs is not responsible for any products that are lost in the mail or damaged during the shipping and/or mailing process.

INDEMNIFICATION
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tuesday Grace Designs and its affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to the products or services provided.


IX. Impossibility
Notwithstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to:
1) A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or
2) War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or
3) Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a global pandemic, riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

FAILURE TO PERFORM SERVICES
In the event the Tuesday Grace Designs cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of the service agreed upon, we will:
A) Immediately alert you via email;
B) Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of products or services provided; and
C) Excuse you of any further performance and/or payment obligations.
